About

This site is a compilation of simple recipes that I like. It’s perfect for those who are:

  • busy
  • on a budget
  • living on their own
  • sick of ordering in

Update: Starting December 2014, I’ll be sharing affordable, yummy, easy-to-follow gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, yeast-free recipes that do not use corn oil or refined sugar.

Please bear in mind that you should carry on consuming wheat products if you are not gluten intolerant, or have no medical reasons for eliminating gluten from your diet. Wheat is rich in protein, niacin, riboflavin and other nutrients. Of course, there’s the controversial hybridized wheat which causes problems for people, but I’m not talking about that—just good quality wheat products. Mind that not all gluten-free food products are healthy. Your best bet is to maintain a balanced diet and consult your doctor.

Enjoy!
