Gluten-free, Dairy-free, Sugar-free Ice Cream

Gather a bunch of overly ripe bananas, peel and chop them, place in a sealed fridge-safe container, and pop them in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.

  
Run the frozen bananas through a food processor with half a cup of almond milk, a teaspoon of vanilla extract (or if you’re fancy and have some lovely vanilla pods, use one), and 2 tablespoons of Dari-free™. If you want yours chocolate-flavored, add 5 to 6 tablespoons of alkali cocoa powder and 3 tablespoons of raw honey.

  
Add your choice of nuts and whatever else you like in an ice cream. Place in a freezer-safe container, and leave in the fridge to cool for an hour or 2. Enjoy!
