Salmon Croquettes

Mash together:

  • cooked salmon flakes
  • 2 steamed potatoes

  • Add the following and mix well:

  • pinch of salt & pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of onion powder
  • chopped spring onions

  • Form into balls and roll on oat flour. Fry lightly in 2 tablespoons of sunflower or safflower oil and serve with avocado slices.
