Grilled Salmon with Nut Sauce

Grill salmon and set aside.


  • Sauté 3 tablespoons of grated ginger, 2 minced bird’s eye chilis (remove seeds), and 1/4 cup chopped red onions in 2 tablespoons of sunflower or safflower oil.
  • Add a swig of broth and 3 tablespoons of molasses mixed with 1 tablespoon of garlic powder and 1/8 teaspoon of salt.
  • Place 3 tablespoons of raw honey, 1 tablespoon of rice wine vinegar, and 2 tablespoons of almond nut butter.
  • Simmer in medium heat. Stir constantly till well combined.
  • Add chopped spring onions.
  • Pour on top of cooked gluten-free rice noodles then store the extra in a dry sterilized jar.

  • Serve the noodles with the grilled salmon.
