Spicy Chicken Strips

Ingredients:

  • 20 pieces of chicken breast strips
  • gluten-free hot sauce of your choice
  • 1 red bell pepper cut into strips
  • 1 onion chopped into rings
  • 1 big potato sliced thinly

Preparation:

  1. Marinate the chicken strips in the hot sauce, deep fry in sunflower, safflower or canola oil then drain.
  2. Lightly saute the onion, red bell pepper and potato in the same oil and drain with the chicken.
  3. Combine everything in a dish. Add a dash of salt and serve.
