Two-Bok Choy Stir-Fried Recipe

  1. Saute chopped onions and red bell pepper in medium heat.
  2. Lightly fry the chicken strips.
  3. Add in the Taiwanese bok choy and another kind of bok choy of your choice (I used Taiwanese bok choy and our own local bok choy for this).
  4. Stir in 2 tablespoons of gluten-free chicken powder.
  5. Once the veggies are cooked, turn off the stove and mix in some spring onions.
  6. Serve on its own or on top of steamed rice. Takes 25 minutes to cook.

C. Nelson’s Quick and Easy Brownies at All Recipes

2 cups white sugar
1 cup melted butter or margarine
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup walnut halves

  1. Combine all the ingredients manually (I used a whisk) or using a mixer, in the order given.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 to 30 minutes (at at 150°C for 35 minutes) in a 9 greased pan.
