Chicken and Cabbage Soup

You’ll need these:
+quartered potatoes (3 pieces)
To prepare:

  1. Saute minced garlic, chopped onions and red bell pepper in vegetable oil.
  2. Add in a handful of chicken strips and lightly fry.
  3. Pour in chicken bouillon dissolved in a cup of water or a cup of chicken broth, and cover the pot till the chicken is cooked.
  4. Put in cabbage (an eight of a head, chopped) and quartered potatoes (about 3 pieces). Leave to cook.
