Dory Fish Flakes

  1. Saute minced garlic till very slightly brown.
  2. Smear fish with lemon, rock salt and pepper and fry with the garlic at medium heat.
  3. Use the spatula to crumble the fish into flakes in the pat and continue frying till brown.
  4. Put on top of sliced tomatoes and dress with a dash of lemon, pepper, Tabasco and soyless soy sauce. Serve with brown rice.
