25-minute Chicken and Vegetable Curry

  1. Saute chopped onions, garlic, and red bell pepper in vegetable oil.
  2. Lightly fry chicken cut into small bits.
  3. Add a cup and a half of water, a cube of chicken bouillon, curry powder and coconut milk or cream.
  4. Put in some potatoes, carrots and string beans. Leave to cook.
