Combine ground meat (1/4 kilo), minced onions (1 head), garlic (1 head), and spring onions in a bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste. Roll in small balls and wrap in wonton sheets. You can use either water or egg to seal each dumpling.
Boil a few inches of water in a deep pot and dunk in a few dumplings till cooked. Serve with your choice of sauce. We used a mix of chili oil, soy sauce and calamansi.
