Fishballs

To prepare:
1. Boil, drain and mash 2 fish fillets in a bowl.
2. Add in 1 head of onion (finely chopped), 4 cloves of garlic (minced),
half a cup of flour, and some salt & pepper to taste.
3. Mix all the ingredients well, shape into small balls and deep fry.
4. Serve it with your favorite sweet and sour sauce.
