Chicken Misua

1. Saute onions, garlic and ginger in vegetable oil.

2. Add in chicken bits and fry lightly.

3. Pour about a cup of water and boil till chicken is cooked.

4. Put in misua and leave to cook (add water, as needed).

5. Top with your favorite chili oil or serve on its own.
