Spicy Fish Strips

To prepare:
1. Slice fillet into strips and marinate in lemon for 30 minutes.
2. Roll fish strips in rice or oat flour and set aside.
3. Saute minced garlic and red bell pepper slices in 1 tablespoon of sunflower, safflower or canola oil in medium heat.
4. Fry fish strips (add 1 or 2 crushed chili pepper/s, if you want it spicy) and drain on a paper towel.
5. Serve with your favorite dip (like Suree Sweet Chili Sauce).
