Kare-Kare served with steamed rice and bagoong on the side.

To prepare:
Boil the beef (1/4k, cut in cubes) in a pot till it’s nice and tender then set aside.
Saute the garlic and onions in the pot till they’re light brown.
Add the beef stock and the cooked beef and the eggplants (2 large eggplants or 4 small ones, chopped).
Add the string beans (1 small bunch, chopped) when the eggplant is cooked.
Add the bokchoi (1 small bunch, chopped) and 3 cups of peanut butter. Leave to cook.
